Akinu

First off, this is very interesting bird/alien! It's pretty cool how you combined all sorts of different animal parts. It looks unique and not like a jumbled mess as I would have thought so many different creatures put together would end up. I really like your palette selection and the overall design of the character is splendid too. 
The wrinkles on her and her somewhat tired looking left eye seems to suggest that she is rather old. 
I like the shading on her antler but the shading elsewhere seems to be a bit off in places. For instance, her mask seems oddly shaded as well as below her neck. Also, her jewels could stand out a bit more.
The tubes on the left side of her head are rather alienish and neat but the one on her right looks just like a strip of skin which separated itself from her face which is rather disturbing. I'd suggest changing it's color to make it seem less like that
I really like her eyes. They could be a bit more luminescent but that's fine. The very left of her beak sticks out too far and looks a bit odd and deformed. I'm not sure if that was intended or not...
